Without fail, the feedback we have received after a few months of owning a Dartmoor has been 'My child has completely regained his/her confidence. How I wish I had purchased a Dartmoor first!'

You can find a selection of ponies in our 'For Sale' section. One or two of these will be just safe and honest children's ponies who your child can love and have a wonderful time with at Pony Club and small shows. Most will make into super stars but only with the correct training and presentation will they excel in the show ring. So much will depend on the rider and the way the pony goes to get to the top, most of our ponies have the conformation and ability to get there, we can provide the foundation for you to build on, but as I always say it all depends on the owner/rider as to how far the pony gets.

We seldom have ponies ready to go directly into the limelight under saddle, we are breeders, not producers of ridden ponies and although our ponies have a very good grounding they need to go on to get experience and to be schooled, we, just do not have the time to do this ourselves, and there are several professional producers who do specialize in schooling and producing. However if there is someone out there with a good track record who would like to have youngster on loan to have a bit of fun with and then sell on commission we might consider it

Our ponies are natural jumpers, and they do not get 'fizzed up'. One of the Dartmoors we exported from this Stud became top jumping pony of all France and we have a stallion in France at the moment who is siring many top jumpers and has been recognized by the Arras and approved as a top sire of performance ponies for crossing with other breeds.
