D-Day is the sire of top show winners having sired 19 star show first prize winners.

Only one other living stallion has sired more. D-Day had the most amazing temperament, which his progeny have inherited.

Stallion of the year 2000. Warlord has excelled in the show ring both under saddle and in hand. He has won 6 major championships in hand.His only season under saddle ridden by the Barton/Harrison team he won 14 firsts, 2 reserve championships both in flat and W.H.P. At H.O.Y.S. he was 3rd in the working hunter pony. He has also won a large dressage class. Warlord has sired a number of first prize winners and Champions including Mare of the year 2004 Supreme Champion Shilstone Rocks Masora.and Supreme Champion Shilstone Rocks Another Star

Shilstone Dunnabrook (6yrs)

Dunnabrook was shown four times as a yearling, with outstanding success and was unbeaten - Res Ch home bred Bath & West. Res Ch Male & res Ch youngstock Northern Dartmoor.Res Ch yearling Southern Dartmoor.

He is a truely rugged pony of old fashioned type ,but still has quality and a very attractive head.

With new bloodlines on his female side he should be a great asset to our breed.

Dunnabrook has now been broken to saddle and will be shown by the Harrison team this summer.

His Dam Drizzle who at her one and only show was Supreme Champion at the DPS Annual Breed Show. Only lightly used as we have so many closely related to him he is the Sire of Shilstone Headland Warren who was 1st Devon County and Champion Yearling Northern Dartmoor show. Also sire of the winning dartmoor colt Wistmans Cenotaph

Shilstone Rocks Snowgoose

9 years, Grey aprox. 12.1 hh(124cms). Brother to Shilstone Rocks Snowfox.

Snowman, Snow Lord, (Exported Sweden), Blizzard, Snowbird, Snowflake and Snowshoes (Exported USA). All major winners in hand and under saddle. Snowgoose was Champion yearling and youngstock male at the Sothern Darmoor Show and first at the N.P.S. His first foals arrived in 2004 and are very well made with lovely heads.

Now being shown under saddle and produced by the Harrisons of the Hawkins Farm Show Team. His 2008 showing season included the following successes: 1st open ridden & Reserve Champion at Keysoe. 1st Novice ridden, 1st restricted ridden and 1st open ridden & champion at BSPS Area 16. Finishing the season at HOYS in 5th place.

Shilstone Rocks Atlantic Gale

22 years old, Dark Bay, aprox 12.1 hh (120cms).

This superb stallion needs little introduction, he has flown the flag for Dartmoor ponies in ridden classes for many years at both HOYS and Olympia. He has also been a wonderfull and much loved childs pony.

Shilstone Rocks North Countryman

18 years, rose bay, aprox 12 hh (120cms)

An active mover with plenty of bone North Countryman was exported as a foal to Sweden where he was a very succesfull sire, also a winner of dressarge and other competitions under saddle. However he had done very little in Sweden for the last few years when we re-Imported him, having seen a photo of him and his stock.

He has excelled himself under saddle produced by the Harrison Team and ridden by Debbie. They found he had forgotten most of what he had learnt in his youth and was very stiff and ignorant, what a wondefull job they have done, having won countless championships and qualified him for HOYS where he was Placed 2nd.2005 & 2006. Best of Breed at Olympia 2006.

His first foals for us are now two year olds and have been doing very well in the show ring. An outstanding filly by him out of Shilstone Rocks Mountain Song, known as Mountain Music is now owned by the Jane Browns in Derbyshire - good luck with her. There are also two outstanding colts River Man owned by Debbie Harrison and Saint Macarius both have been doing well in the show ring.
